Naturally Healthy Kids

Patients

To provide the highest level of collaborative care and sufficient, quality time with existing patients, we are limiting new patients into the practice.

See below for additional information.

Expectant mothers and newborns

If you are currently expecting and would like to be part of our practice, please call the office at 402-934-0087 to ensure availability and placement on our newborn List. The list fills up quickly with existing practice families, so call as early as possible with your due date and birth hospital/location. Existing siblings of accepted newborns may be new patients as well if desired.

Breastfeeding consults

For trouble with breastfeeding, it is best to start with a qualified hospital or community-based lactation consultant (IBCLC) or counselor (CLC) as many breastfeeding problems can be addressed effectively without need for further evaluation. Should you need further help, we provide consult services for mothers and babies who are experiencing breastfeeding challenges beyond the scope of lactation consultants. Our services include evaluation and treatment for: tongue tie and frenotomy if indicated; fussy breastfed babies; bloody or mucous filled stools; refusal of breast; transition from NICU; anatomical challenges; damaged nipples; infections/mastitis; low supply or oversupply issues; pain syndromes; medications in breastfeeding; as well as other breastfeeding challenges.

Families with children

We currently have a wait list for new patients but would be happy to take your
child/children’s name and contact information and contact you when there is an opening. Unfortunately, there is no way to estimate the wait time.

Before your first visit

To simplify the check-in process for your first visit, you can download, complete, and fax / mail / email / hand deliver the New Patient Registration and Release of Information forms now!

If you are transferring your child’s medical care from a different office, please download and complete the “Release of Information” form, sign it, and mail/fax/deliver it to the previous office.

Please call us if you would like assistance; we would be happy to help you.
